Arrival & Parking
Our hotel is in the pedestrian area of Bolzano, about 20 metres into Via Grappoli (Weintraubengasse) on the right-hand side.
Reach Via Grappoli via Via Laurin, which starts directly opposite the railway station. Please note: the pedestrian area is under video surveillance and must not be entered by car.
Important information for guests arriving by car
We are in the pedestrian area: do not drive in. The simplest way is to stop shortly before the start of Via Grappoli (about 20 m from the hotel), unload your luggage and walk to reception.

IMPORTANT: Do not enter the pedestrian area by car.
The simplest way to get here:
Option 1 – Public car parks
Temporarily park in one of the nearby car parks:

- Lauben Parking
From there you can reach us on foot in a few minutes. You can bring your luggage.
Option 2 – Short stop for luggage
If two people are travelling, you can stop along Via Laurin (before the pedestrian area). One person stays with the car while the other brings the luggage to the hotel.
Parking in our garage
For our guests we offer spaces in our private garage at Via Renon 5 (Rittner Straße 5), about 400 metres from the hotel.

Important notes:
- Collect the garage key at reception beforehand.
- Do not leave valuables in the car.

Arrival by train
The Bolzano/Bozen railway station is about 300 m (5 minutes on foot). Opposite the station begins Via Laurin: follow it to the end, where Via Grappoli (Weintraubengasse) starts; after 20 metres on the right you will find the hotel.
Info for cyclists
Ideal location for cyclists: we are next to the station and close to the main cycle routes.
- Bike storage: free of charge in an adjacent lockable room.
- Many routes start nearby: along the Adige river, to Lake Caldaro, to Merano or into the Dolomites.
