Our hotel in Bolzano centre is cosy, sustainable, familiar and personal. As a small family-run business in the pedestrian zone of Bolzano's old town, we have been living our hospitality dream for three generations.

In just a few steps from our hotel you can reach numerous cultural sights and popular meeting places for locals and tourists in the centre of Bolzano: In just two minutes by feet, you are at Walther Square with the impressive Bolzano Cathedral, you can stroll through the architecturally unique “portici” with their colourful shops, buy fresh fruit and vegetables at “piazza erbe” or relax in one of the many bars and cafés with a cappuccino or aperitif and relax. The most important museums are also in the immediate vicinity: the Ötzi the Iceman Museum (South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology), the Museum of Natural Science or the Museion Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art.

Those arriving by car can use the parking facilities (only 400 m from the hotel) for 10 € per night in the garage. The train station is also only 300 m from the hotel. You are welcome to store your bicycles on the internal, covered terrace. The view from the balcony, which some of our rooms offer, points to the majestic mountains surrounding Bolzano... One last look after an adventurous day and then you will fall contentedly into your most beautiful dreams.
The morning after, you can look forward to our delicious breakfast in the bistro, we’re proud of it, we admit. Homemade, fruity jams, fresh fruit, crusty bread from the South Tyrolean baker, delicious croissants, egg dishes, regional sausage and cheese specialities ensure a good start to a new day full of happy moments.
